Haven't been shooting a many birds lately, bit this Bunting was a treat.

Thanks, John. Got these on the Hunter Creek Trail. He was singing in a shrub on the uphill side of the trail. He let me get close, but I couldn't get a really good angle.

great shots- we have painted buntings here in the fall and winter also indigo buntings visit but I have yet to see one. very cool birds

The light is a bit harsh, try turning down the contrast a bit.

Thanks Lester. Helpful advice is always appreciated. I went back and played with the sliders and I think this is an improvement.
