Whites are blown, but that's how we learn. Assuming you have some form of photo editing, look for "Reducing highlights" or some variation. Post more.

Yeah, I thought the whites were a bit out of whack. Thanks for the input, I'm a beginner.

Great shot.

Some tweaking in a RAW editor may help. Else some fill-in flash via a better beamer if you use it (I don't with birds).
