Experimenting with the Big Tammy 150-600 on the past two very cloudy days. High ISO's required for the BIF shots.

1. ISO 2500 f/8 1/640

Man, you're really making me think hard about "Tamzooka"! In shots 4 & 5, is that the Evel Knievel(however it's spelled) of Hummers? Close to that spear! Well done, Moose.

Thanks. I was sitting on the first step in my swimming pool (in the water), with the lens resting on a low lounge chair, LOL. Hand-holding this long and heavy lens is a challenge for me, as I have shaky hands. I try to find whatever support there is available.

Nice shots, looks like you did well with the high iso . They are going to sell many copies of this lens when results like these are showing up. And when the clouds go away they will be even better.

Great inspiration for me. I too want to use the Tamron 150-600 on hummers. (If I get some coming around.) Beautiful set.
