When I select an image in LR5 to edit it Photoshop CC 2014 nothing is happening!
If photoshop is not activated it will start but that is it...
I think it worked after I did the upgrade but I am not sure.

I re-installed both LR5 and Photoshop CC 2014 and it's now working.
Very strange that this happened in the first place

I think there was a significant change in ACR recently. When you do an Edit In from LR to PS it actually uses ACR to render the image into an RGB raster. I think the latest change stopped LR correctly calling ACR. The problem being that LR doesn't actually throw an error when it fails to call ACR correctly. Reinstalling LR has it rebuild the connection to ACR.

I just had the same problem also and had to uninstall and reinstall both Lightroom and Photoshop 2014.
I never tried it when I first upgraded so I don't know if it originally worked or not. All seems to be good now.
