Very nice, Ted. Its always interesting to observe the ebb and flow with certain species; some years they're here and some years they aren't.

Seven years under my belt Al. Another 7 and I may have a better reply for ya. Thank for the reply.

Very nice, ted. Have the same situation as Carol except I'm not lacking for visits, 90% female, tho. But all are to the feeders. I have way more flowers in bloom this year than ever before for just his purpose(been more diligent w/ the fertilizer) including the Blue-black Salvia, but if I let the feeders go empty, they disappear!?! Even watched a hummer scan my mums today and they won't even begin to have blooms until well into Sept. Confusing! Oh, well.

Gorgeous. Love the color of the flowers.

Not the first time I've heard that. Wonder what's going on. Climate changes?

Very nice Ted, It does seem that everything is a little out of sorts this year, I know that winter lasted so long here everything is just a little behind, but I'm hoping for a fantastic fall, some buddy owes us that I think.

Looks like you are making up for lost time rather quickly. Very pretty set. Like others, my numbers are down as well. No squabbling going on over territory.

Hummers seem few and far between here, too (In Ohio). Great shots Ted.

Glad you got the chance to bring us these 2 beauties Ted, but Holy Moly....761?
I got a good chuckle out of the 2nd image because if I didn't know better I'd say that one was trying to cheat by perching on the Salvia like some of mine do :)
