When LR 6 appears I will once again compare it to the current C1 and decide whether to upgrade or switch. It is likely that I will stay with LR. Unfortunately, DPP 4 does not support my camera, so I can't try it and DPP 3 was rejected long ago. Elie / אלי

More info | Jul 14, 2014 06:25 | #12 I use LR4 which although lacking some of the tools of the latest version still uses the same Process Version as the latest LR version. I started with a 300D which predated DPP and the old RAW processor that Canon provided was worse than useless. So I pretty soon went to RawShooter and then various versions of ACR (after Adobe bought RawShooter) before moving to LR. So I have been using the evolution of the same processing program for nearly ten years.

Still learning the tool but I am very impressed so far. Generally it does a much better job than ARC seems to do. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
