Wow interesting that that gold finch has no tail feathers. Does that effect her ability to fly? Daddy looks like he is having a bad hair day. LOL

Birds with cut tail can fly still very well. Its the wings longer feather that make all the magic of fly and differentiation between flying or land bounded bird. BTW the tails should grow up fast.
