There were two fledglings in this shot, but I cropped it down a bit. The youngster is the one on top.

Wonderful timing on your 1st image Sandy....and a great shot of nurturing nuthatches! The cute factor in #2 pretty much pegs the scale in my book. Of course it's easy to get an "awwww" out of me when nuthatches are involved :) Wonderful job!

Thanks Steve. I took lots of shots between the fledglings and adult, but these were the sharpest. They sure love the suet!

Very nice, Sandy; we get more of the white-breasted variety here at home, though the red-breasters are just up the road. Great little guys, all around.
