I purchase the gel stick and extra paper. Cleaned 2 cameras in about 15 minutes. Tried the wet method, either streaked or ended up with dust left in the corners. Might just be my technique. The gel stick removed all the leftovers. On the web site it is not recommended for cleaning the mirror as it may dislodge it. I seen a video where a guy did clean the mirror with no problems. I haven't tried it yet. Mirror seems pretty clean.
Personally I did not want to send mine in, no guarantee that it will be clean when I get it back, at a cost similar to purchasing the gel stick.
