I wanted to check if there are options to have a camera strap that is very comfortable, very well designed and can work with my RRS plate? I am changing lenses and sometimes do portraits, sometimes landscape on a tripod. I would love to have a strap that will not force me to replace the RRS tripod plate.

I have heard about cinch: http://luma-labs.com/pages/cinch (external link)

Any experience?

Other options?
Thanks!

I just bought a OpTech Pro strap, with XL Pro Loop connectors, and also the Luma Cinch Plate that you're looking at. Haven't had a chance to try the Cinch Plate yet (I currently have the strap attached to the top camera (5DIII) lugs. I see no problem using the set-up with my 70-200 or even Tamron 150-600. I may experiment using the plate attached to the foot of the tripod mount ring. I also bought the OpTech Lens Loops, in case I want to attach one end to lens/camera attachment point, and the other to the Luma Cinch Plate if I leave that on the camera. I won't get a chance to try these different things for a few days. My plan was to use this as an across-the-chest strap. But the XL Pro Loops are adjustable in case I want to shorten the contraption for a neck strap.

I prefer to have a strap on the top lugs so that I can put whatever I want on the bottom. On my 5DIII, that is usually an L-plate, but I sometimes use a Cotton Carrier vest, which has its own connectors, usually an L-plate. I use two straps: the optech that Moose mentioned and the Crumpler industry disgrace. The latter is a bit more comfortable, but I like the fact that the OpTech snaps off.
