Are there any more tricks like that that I don't know about? I thought I was an experience Windows user since I started with it when Windows 1.0 came out around 1989.
Actually, I'm wondering if that is really his problem. The way the OP is written it almost sounds like he's really in Windows Picture and FAX Viewer.
