What Do You Do When You're Waiting for Your Flight?

Unlike my usual late self, I actually managed to get to Heathrow Airport in London, early enough to be comfortably checked in and through the security. So with several hours to waste, what should I do? "Street" photography of course. I hope you guys enjoy them. CC is always welcome.


1st one is a 28 image Brenizer (bokeh panorama). When I saw this guy napping as he waits for his flight, this would be a perfect opportunity for that.

Not too far from him, this lady was really into her book, and she definitely has a unique way of staying in the zone when reading.

A representative of what I often see, it's quite interesting how smartphones and tablets have become the babysitter for today's kids.

Since my flight was still quite a while, I decided to have a bit of lunch at Yo Sushi. Decent food, and more importantly the Sushi was fresh. A define recommendation if you're in the mood for Japanese.

After lunch, I saw this lady looking at herself, and I thought the reflection made a nice juxtaposition. I would've preferred to have her whole face in the reflection, but this was the best angle I could get. I guess in street photography, you take what's given to you .

Finally, it was time to board, and I saw this gentleman waiting for his next rider. He looks like he was in the middle of a deep thought.

Last one was my neighbor on the plane. She's adorable, but a tad mischievous, as you can see by her smile. She knows just how to push her brother and mum's buttons, but also knows just how to beg her way out of a punishment . I did ask her mom for permission to take her picture... For pixel peepers out there, yes, the focus is a bit off, but her expression was priceless. This was her own pose without me asking more than just to take her picture .
