i've been getting out more and more practicing my composition as well as other photography skills .. also just got light room 5 , and learning to use that although i use it conservatively ..
any constructive criticism on any aspect would be appreciated..

Also ,, i tried linking these thru my new flickr account and could not figure out how.. on photobucket there is an option right niext to the picture ,, did not see anything like that on flickr ,, any help in that area would also be appreciated

I'd tend to brighten the face in #1 it is very dark for a main subject. I quite like 2.

Flickr is v v easy: open an image and there is a little right pointing arrow at the bottom right of the black frame around the image. Click on it to share - use "bbcode" and select a sensible size - copy the code into your post. I tend to insert a line break so the title appears beneath the image.

You indicate that you are "practicing my composition" but the 2 shots above are not the best examples.
The man in#1 is too centered....plus, nothing brings your eye to his face due to the underexposure. I would also clone out small distractions like the object in the lower left.
The 2nd is a good example of the rule of odds (odd nymber of subjects) ...the problem is the way that they are appear in the frame .....nothing visually ties them together so your eye bounces around going from the man , the centre wall picture and the fire plug. Groups of 3 are better if at least 2 of the subjects overlap. The man and plug are also too close to the edge putting them outside of the range of visual focus.....the reverse of the rule of thirds if you will.
