I have Photshop 8 but on another computer, intuatively I would just say right click and go to properties. If no one else can answer I'll open PS8 and see how to get the info.

In the XP Explorer, right click an image file. Choose Properties. Click the Summary tab. Click the Advanced button. There is the normal stuff.

You could use a program like IrfanView, which is free. It does quite a bit of stuff, and shows EXIF and IPTC info as well. All you do in there is hit the "I" key.

Keep in mind that you can't see EXIF data on some (all?) RAW files. It is usually embedded in the JPG or thumbnail file.

You can use Exifer to get to this data. IrfanView can do it, but requires some reconfiguration to get to the CR2 files. I don't think PS7 can do much with 20D files, PS CS can. The XP properties IIRC are not really the EXIF data.
