I gave them a call yesterday They sell gray market cameras for a err... low... price. But, then again, they're gray market, so that isn't too surprising. But, they told me in lieu of the Canon warranty, they have their own that's good for a year, and covers all the same things the Canon one does. Not sure if they're 100% legit though. Their website has only been registered for a few months and I can't find very many reviews on them that don't seem like they were made up.

Anyone have any experience with them? Has anyone ever heard of them?

If a deal sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

Buy from: Amazon, B&H, Adorama, Crutchfield, and other reputable dealers other posters can provide for you.

What more do you need to know than that?

Interesting reviews at http://www.resellerratings.com …Digitaloutlets_net/page/2 (external link). All are very positive, especially of an individual named Scott. But of course reviews can be faked. A common theme of the reviews is a call back from the vendor to insure you really are getting what you want. This seems (to me) to be a bit unusual.

I'm always reluctant to give such places credit card information but in this instance I do see they accept PayPal, which offers some protection between you and the seller.

Keep us posted should you make a purchase.

The other consistent message is "ordered wrong item, Scott put me right". Bait and switch by another name?

I agree that ebay is the better place to get grey market stuff. It's virtually impossible to fake the feedback rating there, so you will know what a seller is like.

I just went ahead and ordered a refurbished 6D from Canon Direct. Play it safe, etc.

Canon Direct is $1519 + tax for a refurb?

There are authorized dealers selling for $1499 no tax.

Well, I ordered through Canon Loyalty Program - $1360+tax. It was about $1478.

Did you mean they're selling brand new or refurbished for $1499 no tax?
