First serious attempt at capturing fireworks

Handheld... no tripod. Had to get almost knee deep in water to avoid crowds.

How did this turn out ?

For hand held i guess there is some merit... but:
1.) get a tripod
2.) put the fireworks in some context (show the water / buildings / bridge) otherwise they're pretty boring.. :/

One way to fix that would be to blend a few shots together. See #3 in Firebirds! On shooting fireworks...
