....somehow my Bee Balm has all died out (likely more choked out by weeds), so my only photo ops for these guys are by the feeder....

Thanks Mark. Not only, but moreso than other colours. They also like purple, and to a lesser extent pink and yellow. Their faves are trumpet-shaped flowers they can get their bills and tongues into. All the hummingbird feeders, more or less, have a lot of red on them to attract them. They like to come in my open garage door to see what the red handle is hanging down (the emergency door release).
