Second one has an almost perfect lighting, no harsh highlights or extremely dark shadows. Great composition and bokeh. In the first one it was raining, right? You did well too considering that possibility and the less available more flat light.

Thank you, Yes I really like shooting in the rain, sometimes there is a kind of magical light kind of greeny light that can light up the colours and give great contrast. Of course you will have to be willing to get your camera a little wet as well. I guess I am lol
