So..
I've decided to take the plunge and open a new studio!

Based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire UK.

PHLASH Worx LTD

Will be sporting full bowens light setup with the biggest selection of modifiers compared to any other local studio ( that we know of )
850sq feet of shooting space, kitchen, fresh ground coffee, dressing/makeup area and chill out area with couches, tethering options using 27" i7 processor iMac. Workshops, 1-2-1 tuition in photography and makeup, model days and much more!

So excited!! But also a little scared! Haha

Please drop by and wish me luck on Facebook... Or if you are in the Area, drop in and say hello when we open Early September!

I hope the "if you build it they will come" approach works out for you.

A brave move. Every business I've come across who has opened a similar style studio over here has flopped. Good luck.

Cheers guys... Don't get me wrong... We do not have a "if we build it they will come" strategy.

We have done extensive market research and have carefully selected our location due to the demographic, competition, business rates etc... We also have quite a few business mentors behind us, we have not borrowed any money so we owe nothing,

We are also employing a very strict marketing strategy which is a 3 year strategy that will hopefully work...

A lot of time, effort and planning has gone into this very moment.. We have a great team ( I'm not a one man band on this ) and hopefully all will come good :)

Are you thinking about renting out your space when not utilizing it?

Good luck with the venture-I'm not too far away, I may well pop in to say 'hello'!
