Yeah, I find going on overcast days in the Winter there seems to not be too much going on other than at night with the Christmas lights and festivities. Unfortunately, you are sacrificing nice skies and a lot less bright colors people might be wearing if it was warmer.

Still, they do a fantastic job of landscape upkeep. I might end up getting a membership. The $15 parking and another $15 for admission is a large note to foot!

Whoa!

A couple of shots for a friend of mine who's family owns a local dive bar in town. I threw a couple of speed lights in the first picture in the pool table light and in the phone booth in the back to light up the scene. One Alienbee B800 in a gridded soft box for the key light camera right. The second shot is one alien bee b800 camera left to mimic the sun shining in through the window above the mirror on the right.
