I was amazed that the quality came out so well, the night scene is one image, the black R8 was a 5 shot HDR but I ended up overlaying the car with the original image for the original look. The prints came out great

Friend gave me this old Geiger counter. Took lots of shots, tested it out a bit, gave it a quick clean and such. More pics here : LINK (external link)

Nice; JNA radiološki detektor made by Rudi Čajavec for measuring beta and gama radiation.
Be carefull with radioactive source, which is used for calibration.

I wanted to pick up a camera which would be used more often in the studio or for on-site portrait shoots and keep from putting so much wear and tear on my 5D mk III so I could use it for the sports or event shoots where my 7D mk II wasn't optimal due to lens and ISO concerns. CanonPriceWatch had an excellent deal on a US warranty, white box 6D so I went for it. This is a particularly busy week, and I wanted to run the camera through some demanding tests before the return window expired. A quick check of images at low and high ISO, playing with some settings and doing MFA on my lenses took most of a day in my spare time, but I still needed to go out and do a real live photo shoot with, like, subjects and background and stuff.

I opted to shoot our roller derby practice, which would check off all the boxes: high ISO, flash, AI Servo, low light AF and difficult subject tracking. Skaters come toward the camera at anywhere from 15 to 25 MPH, zig-zag unpredictably, stop or start suddenly, cross the field of view only a few feet away and - jump. It's a lot tougher to capture the action cleanly than it looks. I didn't have more than a few minutes to set up and take a few test shots before I had to concentrate on the event itself, so this shot is hurried: two speedlights front and side, and only a couple of passes by the skater. It's not about the composition or lighting, though. It's about a 6D capturing action pretty well which my 7D sometimes struggles with. Would I use it for every event? Probably not, but nice to know it will work if I need it.

AI Servo, center point, BBAF, ISO3200, 70-200 f/2.8 @ 4.0. Oh, and the MFA isn't quite right, but part of the plan was to see how far off it was and make tweaks.
