Nice captures. I'm a huge fan of taekwondo as I practiced it for over a decade starting back in the 90's and was even on team Texas here in the states. Did you by chance get any sparing shots along with those form shots.

A few from yesterday's bike ride in the preserve.

The Ospreys would get stationary in the air, hanging on the drafts, watching the water surface until they saw prospective lunch then dive in.

And an Anhinga....they're kind of goofy but great fishers.
