Last night I was busy getting things together for a family party we are having today. Happen to look out the window to see the moon falling on the skyline. Too lazy/busy to get the tripod. Decided to crank up the ISO and fire away. Pretty happy with the results.

Not my favorite humming bird shot. I don't like to shoot them on the feeder, but I was trying out the 6D and the newly acquired Canon 200 f/2.8 L combination.
Huge crop, but the detail in the feathers is fantastic. :-)

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

Very nice Eric.
I don't consider 6400 cranked for the 6D though.

An older photo that I recently reprocessed. Been in physical therapy for a while now and hoping I can get back out in the mountains later this summer.

Lovely shot, Johan! What are your favorite trails around Rainier?
