Just give Canon Customer support a call. I'm sure they can step you through it.

I've talked to them a couple of times in the past and they were very helpful.

The out of focus areas around the subjects was NOT added in post, even though it looks that way..
kind of surprised me once I saw th image on a larger screen...but it works

An incoming storm made for a great background for this little Snowy yesterday.

Problem is.....about 5 minutes later I was pretty well soaked. High winds making for sideways rain......and I was under a shelter!

Despite what many others say - I still love the 6D. Here's one, taken at night - hand held (Dresden). And yes, it is a little soft and you can see the grain - but hey: ISO 25600:
