I have bought a used 6D and find that when I magnify its pics, my 5Dc ones are sharper. Of course the degree of magnification is bigger on the 21mp pics of the 6d but while I have a wow factor viewing closely the 5D's pic I don't feel the same with the 6d. Is it me maybe?

Some simple photos

I had trouble with soft focus on mine, and discovered it was the UV filters. Threw them away and never used a filter again apart from sometimes circular polariser and/or ND. (on L lenses)

I also took my lenses and body into the local service dept and paid good money to have lenses set to the body. No probs with focus after that.

I could see how the 6D results might be underwhelming to someone already used to FF quality. I went to the 6D after 6 years of using the original 7D, so I was definitely pleased with the difference.
