Wow, lots of good ones in here, I have to echo the others on the Tanagers photos....freaking amazing.

Here's my final image from Houston, TX as I just moved to Colorado Springs and am SOOOO looking forward to my new photo adventures here.

Thank you! There's a curve layer there to lift the blacks for the faded look, also a purple/orange gradient fill layer (blending mode: Screen), I brought back some shadows with a selective color layer but that's pretty much it.

It was actually a bit hazy and I was shooting midday. I got lucky on this shot. I have about 300 shots of the GC from that day and the following day, and maybe 3-4 are usable. It's not an easy landmark to photograph, due to its vastness.

I forget the exact spot. This was off the main drive, east of the village. It was the afternoon we arrived there, and we didn't venture too far down the drive (the next day was the full day).
I believe the pic has GPS coordinates on Flickr, but I'm not sure how accurate they are.
