El Portal Fire

For those of you who don't know, there's a big fire going outside of Yosemite National Park, in fact today or yesterday I think it might have actually moved inside the park.

Currently is over 3,500 acres and is 35% contained.

I went out last night to get some pictures being I had never seen a wild/forest fire in my entire life, and while I understand the destruction of it, I have to admit it was quite a sight to see.

Pray for rain. This drought needs to stop. Last year the northern part of Yosemite burned, and this year it's the southern part.

Yep let's hope for rain, and I hope all the fire fighters keep safe.
