Hi,
I am in a situation and need your help. I am planning to buy an unopened adobe product but its for Mac and I have windows machine. Though I read on a webpage that one can request platform change after registering the product but I am not sure how easy/quick is this change?

If any of you have any experience of this request and platform change help me!

cheers

I am sure you can do it, but I believe it will cost money via Adobe to do so.
Call Adobe for info 1-800-833-6687

I spoke with them awhile back when I planned an OS change, and they said would charge me a standard upgrade fee, $200.

With CC, which I don't have, I assume nothing would change except you download to the new OS. I expect they would disable your old copy.
