Yep, thumbnails are there and all is as it should be.
What do you see, gonzo?

EDIT: now this is really odd. After I submitted this post the thumbnails are gone and all I see is "missing image" etc. This makes no sense...

Still nothing. Just the same failed to load icon.

Well now, this is a first.

It could be that since posting them on old POTN I have changed permissions on all of them and now the URL is messed up a bit. I had a stalker and needed to have everything set to private. Now everything is back to public. Maybe the URL changed. But then, why am I still seeing the pictures. Not the quoted ones, they're missing for me too, but the originals are there.

I'm uploading the last one again:

Let's test.

Yes Levina, that worked. (I had a stalker too early on.)

Oh yes, it's there now. Thanks, Chet!

You too? I hope it all ended well for you? My stalker is somebody from my past who now has it in his head that I am the love of his life, forgetting he has a wife and four children now... Crazy people.

Our stories sound very similar. And my stalker even used Crazy in her screen name.

At least she knew herself well! They really are pretty messed up people and they can get pretty threatening too.

Images seem to disappear all over the site at the moment, OhLook, so something isn't quite right with AMASS in that respect. We need to wait for Pekka. :)

Well done! Inspired me to try it out last night.. did not turn out nearly as nice as your shoes.. I may need a bit of practice.. :)

Out of curiosity, what is the material the shoes are sitting on that gives you that reflection? I tried plexiglass (like the plastic equivalent of glass, if 'plexiglass' happens to be an American term) with some black fabric underneath, but didn't quite work out.

Hi Brandon. Thanks!

The surface is an old white board. And we use the term "plexiglass" too. :)

I experimented quite a bit a while ago. It took some practice before I had a bit of control over what I was doing, because you are basically flying blind. But also failures can be cool. Like this shot that is a failure, but that I like all the same.

Thanks! I have plenty of shots with those streaks in them.. I learned very quickly not to get the light too close to the lens, and to move it around.. I think I'm going to try a non LED light tonight and see how it goes.

This is just stunning! I have been doing light painting for years on landscape work such as this:

http://dan-carmichael.artistwebsites.com …eauty-dan-carmichael.html (external link)

But it never occurred to me to do it on studio stuff. I realize you are doing something a little different - painting backgrounds and such, but still... I have got to say you have dumped a million ideas into my imagination! Good work!
