It continues round a fair way so maybe I've missed the point you took it from but I spent a long time looking for a viewpoint that gives the same angle of view as your image. I'll leave this open for someone to take but if you want to let us know the road name that would be great thank you. Nigel

Technically the correct answer was indeed Diemerzeedijk, I just wasn’t ON it. I was instead on the path down by the water, which Google maps calls Waterkeringpad. I hoped you would recognise it by the fact I was down at the water level and not looking down from the dike. Sorry for the confusion.
