So, do we have to figure out what city and street or is Taiwan good enough? I assume it may be Taipei?

Either the cross streets or name of the building will work.

There are so many more questions you can ask to narrow it down! :-(

OK, Berman, well, when I was there the metro didn't even exist and the city was totally different. It's like guessing something about a destination that I visited before some folks were even born like i.e. Ko Samui in Thailand etc. When I was there there was absolutely nothing and I mean nothing, just some virgin beaches and a bunch of hippies and freaks...it was beautiful. It took hours on a dreadful boat, then by some kind of bus, walking through a jungle etc. to get there. The accommodation were simply beach huts with no flowing water, showers were taken either in the ocean or under a dripping hose :) Taipei was a city with hardly any skyscrapers just many other cities in Asia were at that time. Singapore and Hong Kong were similar, Singapore may have had a tiny skyline back then a shore of the river with some old beautiful but dilapidated buildings that are no longer there.

This game isn't necessarily about the guesser(s) having been to the place in question before. Most of the places being put up by other users in WAIN I've never been to. I simply enjoy tracking the place down.

I understand, Berman but I was getting a little tired; I'm an elderly lady :) seriously

Nothing to do with being elderly (which I am sure you are not :-)) - this one is very difficult. The only clues are the logo on the top of the building that can't be read, the bus number, that can't be read, the tree-sculpture facade that is not listed in any of the architecture features of Taiwan and the entrance to the building or possibly subway.

And there is a hell of a lot of Taiwan to travel with street view for anyone who has the time or inclination to do it!

If you do not recognise the image, the trick is to find the correct Google search terms ... and I have failed on this one.

Oh well ... back to the airport for me
