:-):-)It is probably good that OhLook does not hang around this forum. You would get a lecture on the use of the hyphen!

Long answer: yes or no

Anyway, the answer to (non-continental) europe is „no“ - assuming that by „continental europe“ you mean „mainland europe“. A pedant could argue that there is no such thing as (non-continental) europe.
If you meant non-(continental europe) and this means „not in the continent of europe“, then the answer is „yes“. Of course, if you understood „(continental europe)“ to mean „(mainland europe)“, then the answer is still „yes“ ... but you are no further forward, because this could include the UK and all of the islands or not.
And if it meant „political europe“ as in the EU, there is another set of answers!
Now I am (i) confusing myself and (ii) giving the lecture that I said we would avoid!

Is Dutch as good as this?

Short answer: no it is not in the geographical continent of Europe.

:eek::eek:

I like your way of reasoning... :) :) :) What I intended with my question was indeed " any islands (like UK , Ireland, Balearic, Italian or Greek).

A pedant would also argue that 'Europe' should be spelt with a capital letter! Also, the UK could not be considered as mainland Europe ;-)a

Aramoana?

I’m pretty certain that’s it, as seen from a ship or the Harrington Point gun emplacements. If I’m right, the houses on Spit Road a bit away from the center of town.
