60d grip???

hi all,thought i would try and grip and see what all the hype about them is all about,i like the 2 battery idea and a second shutter button sounds like a good idea,my question is how the heck do u actually use the shutter or the focus point buttons or the aperture dial,on my grip they are located on the right side bottom corner front and back of the unit,now when holding it the cam feels good and natural but theres no way of using your right hand to actual push any of the buttons,not even with your pinky,how the heck do u hold these things and actually use the buttons,i want to like this thing haha but so far all it is to me is a second battery holder.thanx in advance

Those functions on the grip are for when you are shooting with the camera in the vertical position. Try it in that position and you will see how easy it is.

Rotate the camera 90 degrees counter-clock-wise.

ahhhh i see now,makes perfect sense,thanx for clearing it up,gonna take her out tonight and try some portrait mode photos
