I used the Chanel Mixer in the adjustments layers. The first shot was taken with 100mm macro.  For the rest of the shots I included two diffused flashes on the MPE.     After having just posted the colour versions it would be good to have some feedback regarding which set you prefer, the colour set or the black and white? Alex

Aug 03, 2014 15:26 | #3 Thanks Denis. Yes, they do look rather alien and actually remind me of the film Alien - particularly concerning the formidable extending mouth parts. Who knows, perhaps Giger derived his inspiration from dragonfly larvae? Alex
