Alright, I just got home from work so I'm just going to announce a winner for now...

Thank you all for participating in this challenge, and I want to pet all of your friends!

Runner up: Mark J's Wally

Winner: Maureen's Devoted Sidekick, Jack.

By the way: Chloe, my best non human friend, is okay for now, but her kidneys are failing.

Sorry to hear that news, Jason. It is never a good day when our little (or big) fur friends start to fail. :(

Wish we had a few more entries this week to make the judging more fun but thanks for the win. We rescued Jack from a gal that adopted him at age 2 months and at age 5 months she decided she didn't like him. I was not in the market for a dog but he was so darn cute I couldn't resist. He just turned 2 years old this week and he is so loyal, sweet and bouncy fun. I can't imagine my life without him (he is asleep on my feet as I type :))

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Thanks, Jason. Sorry to hear about Chloe. We just started treating our oldest for thyroid problems. Twice a day treatments for the rest of his life, which hopefully is several years still.

Very cool looking dog, Mo. That's what we'd get if we decided to freak out the cats and get a dog.
