Penodr, I can almost taste that Cuban! (Though I can't recall the last time I even smelt cigar smoke!) Nice shot.

OhLook, both cool shots but I totally love the blackboard image...so graphic, and it takes me back a year or so...!

Stina, great textures both. I particularly like the old timber...reminds me of many old back country places I know that are slowly being ravaged by time. Like me, too, I guess!:D

Very nice pictures all. Sure hope John_B survives all the hurricanes and earthquakes there. Sounds pretty nasty all the way around.

Hmm, not a satisfying degree of detail. I may be the only one here who doesn't have a DSLR.

OhLook, Great texture photos, one natural and one man made :)
While I do have 2 DSLR's most of my photos lately are with my favorite P&S ;)

EastBayGirl, your texture photos are great, one soft and one hard ;)

svizzerams, Ricardo222 & KT29, I have survived the first storm and the earthquake with no problems, just one more to go this weekend
Thanks for the good wishes ;)

Not the most intresting photo, but it fits the subject. This is the side of a shed.

^^A well used shed too, by the look of it. Nice texture Andy.

It wouldn't be right for me to go the whole week without including a bit of canine texture! This is Harry's chest!

The second image I found this evening on our walk...a VERY textured caterpillar!

Nice texture, Andy. I really like the tones and shadows on that.

Harry's coat has a beautiful texture and I love the colors on that caterpillar picture, Ricardo.

Great contributions since I checked last time, everybody!

The ones standing out so far are Stina's old wooden gate (love that one, Stina) and Richard's fur. Or rather, Harry's fur! :) And I love the landscape shot, Andy.

John_B, you have some bad luck there with the elements. Stay safe!

Harry says "Thank you!" :D

And I love that shot of the crop stubble and baled straw Andy...reminds me of growing up on a farm.

I took a shot of the kitchen sink. Used my little Powershot in macro mode. Very dark, but showing the texture nicely I think.

Thanks, Richard. It does look immaculate, doesn't it? Especially with all the empty coke bottles in the back... :p  Actually, I put the bottles there because it looked better. :)

I'd never have guessed that that was a sink. You made it into a mysterious night landscape.
