Where is a good place to go (store or online) to get panorama prints?
I have an image that is 10,994 x 3,889 pixels that I want to print.
It's just over a 3 x 1 ratio.

I'd love to see what you find out, because I was looking to order one next week.

There are a couple of places that I would recommend, but they are in Europe, so not really of too much help to an American photographer. I have most of my prints done here; DS Colour Labs. (external link) They offer a 3:1 option. I have also just started using Whitewall (external link) based in Germany, although they have a website for the UK and charge in sterling not euros, so no foreign exchange fees to pay for us non euro users. I have been very pleased with the output from both labs. I had a 16×12 monochrome print done on Ilford paper and it is just stunning. Much nicer than any digital print done on a colour process.

Try http://www.bigphotohelp.com/ (external link).
I've used them in the past for odd-sized prints, and they were shipped the same day.

I actually was looking into this one earlier as I asked this question. Does anyone have experience with EZ Photo prints? The panorama option is nice because they print standard heights and it doesn't matter what your width is. This is nice because panos can be awkward sizes.

My Epson 2880 is only limited by the shorter dimension. I've got a panorama of 36" x 12" of the South Dorset coast and it made a superb job.

So don't rule out home inkjets.

Wow, up to 156" long. That is 13 feet long for a 30 inch tall panoramic print.

Here in Canada, I used to send all my photos to posterjack.ca including my panoramic shots but now I use it only for cheap regular matte prints.

I go through a local lab for my more serious work, if I want something printed and archived that way I have control with the print, paper before paying for it.
