With 99.96% light absorption, this is what I would like to have on the inside of my hoods - and preferably also inside the lens.

Hmmmm. Thinking about this.

Wouldn't Vantablack flocking in a hood just end up sucking up most of the available light intended for your pics into the hood forcing you to set the EV on your camera to +22 stops to get anything worthwhile?

OTOH, if this stuff is placed somewhere behind the sensor, then it might suck the light into your camera and through your sensor (take pic quickly) so you can expose perfectly in near total darkness?

;)

We would like this Vantablack inside the body too, on all parts that isn't intended to receive, reflect or transmit the light. In the end, we want all light rays that doesn't enter the front element directly from the subject and gets refracted directly onto the sensor area to be consumed inside the lens to get the best possible contrast and without any lens flares.

So the front and back of the lens elements should have 100% transmission and 0% reflection. While all other parts should absorb 100% light.
