A sample of what I picked out of our garden today.

If I piled on all of the green beans and cherry tomatoes I picked, you would not be able to see the corn, cucumber, bell pepper, french melon, eggplant, and the four larger tomatoes.
Marvelous!!!

OhLook insufferably pedantic. I can live with that. 24,807 posts Gallery: 105 photos Best ofs: 2 Likes: 16148 Joined Dec 2012 Location: California: SF Bay Area More info | Aug 12, 2014 22:34 | #19 Tim, that's a great productive garden you must have, and well-photographed produce. Our sunny space is scarce, and we can't plant everything that'd be nice to have. We tried sweet corn a couple of years. It was good corn, but--well, did you know that a cute little squirrel can detach a whole ear of corn from the stalk and carry it off intact? PRONOUN ADVISORY: OhLook is a she. | A FEW CORRECT SPELLINGS: lens, aperture, amateur, hobbyist, per se, raccoon, whoa | Comments welcome

Timphoto Creme de la Curmudgeon More info | Aug 13, 2014 16:59 | #23 Gardens not only grow food for humans... But also for other creatures like the bees. Bees in turn make food (honey) for humans. The sunflowers always brighten and decorate the dinner table and sunflower seeds are great for people, birds, and other critters.

Levina de Ruijter wrote in post #17094485 Not good to be posting after Tim's beautiful shots, as I got nothing good. Just a breakfast tray... I posted one once before so I'm repeating myself and it's completely boring. But I thought it looked okay in B&W. I took this with an old Fujinon 135mm MF lens, by the way. I like the B&W. What could be better than some tea, toast, jam, and honey? Hagelslag?
