Curious about this. Not just focal length, but I"d be interested in hearing the specific prime lens you use the most, and why so.

FeXL Senior Member 493 posts Likes: 3 Joined Dec 2007 More info | We use primes less than 1% of the time for our event photography. 98% 70-200/2.8 II, 1% 24-70/2.8 I, <1% various primes including 300/2.8 I, 500/4 I. Last event I shot with a prime was Maple Flag two years ago with the 500/4.

However, this wedding season the 50A has seen a lot of time on my camera, more than any other lens.
