On the last full day of our CO vacation I ripped out another part of my diffuser,
leaving me with only packing foam and a paper towel in the pringles can.
This is just a smattering of the last few shots I got at the sun flower patch before and after the sun went down.
Later on, a friend was walking near our house and had a bat fly into him... the bat crashed in front of him, pretty stunned. He brought it in, wrapped in his hanky.
My brother Jake (longtime animal lover) held him for a few minutes outside in the dark and helped him hang around an recover.
We let him go in a near by tree...when I checked in a while later, he was gone.
I got a few shots with super low power on the flash and the pringles can...so while not *technically* macro, the shots were taken with the macro set up.
C&C always appreciated!
All these with a 100L and a 5D2, w/Neewer TT560 and a Pringles can.
enjoy!
