Thanks Ian, ya out of control is right, There not leaving until it gets good and cold either, All though I did see a bat just two nights ago in the harvest moon, first for me this year and normally I would see them daily in the past, sure missing our little brown bats thats for sure!! CDMOOSE wrote in post #17093115 Very nice, Jeff, but you are going to go to hell with that blasphemous talk about snow. Al lol Al if you new me you would know I'm probably headed there anyway lol I had so much fun last year out with the Foxes, Bears, Moose, Wolves, and Martin's all the birds, I can't wait to see what comes of this year and the strange weather we had all summer. I was hoping to have a longer lens this winter, ..don't know how I'm going to get the full frame shots of the wolves this winter, guess I'll need a bite suit. but thats my goal. But it made me a better photographer. its heavy, its fast, it will focus with a good lens most of the time where your looking. I just hate noise and the 7D has instilled in me that very good exposure is where the magic happens. I shoot in raw and process in lightroom ....I think its 5.6 now. A good tuneable camera and a good lens the rest is up to you. Jeff ........, 7D, 70-300L, 100-400LII
