Is a press release only needed when filming in a hospital for 'patients' or individuals agreeing to be 'actors' in the film?
I am starting work on a promotional film for a local small hospital later this week.
The scenes will be controlled, so we don't end up with random people. Just willing actors, OR employees/partners for the hospital. (Some of the doctors have private practices, and just do surgery or other services at the hospital various days of the week.)
We are using a release the hospital uses; but have added our company as agent for the hospital and will retain a copy for our records.
Do releases need to have an address/phone number, OR JUST name & signature?
