Looks like to me Al you've definitely hit a string of good luck with these birds and to say you've capitalized would be an understatement!
Beautifully detailed and crisp, and feeding activity included. I think I would have had a hard time not laughing at the bullhead "tenderizing" antics. Pretty poses too, although I'm sure you might have preferred the raised crest be present in the 2nd posed image.
I think you can officially drop the "nemesis" descriptor with 500+ frames in hand....although I've already seen your next post. ;)

Thanks again, Steve; I'll take your advice and drop the nemesis descriptor. And about the tenderizing antics, I have photos of a kingfisher from a year or two ago with a shiner minnow; down the hatch he went without a second thought. No doubt experience quickly teaches them that bullheads, with their spines, are a different kind of meal.
