Hi,

These are the pics I shot from my 55-250mm (My Max Range) Lens. I wanted the feedback on the post photo processing and any tips that could help me in Bird / Wildlife Shooting.

Let me be the first to welcome you to the Bird board Swaroop and mention what an interesting subject you've chosen to start with. It's certainly not a bird with which I'm familiar, but it's pretty obvious where it got it's name.
Looks to me like you did a pretty good job of pulling this guy out from the shadows...not always the easiest of tasks. Better lighting, when possible, will almost always result in better details. Your 2nd and 3rd images demonstrate the best focus and clarity on the part of the bird most agree to be the most important - the eyes. The 1st and 4th are a bit soft in that area and might benefit from less crop in the final image if possible.
Learning to photograph and edit any subject is an ongoing process for all of us so hopefully we can look forward to many more from you. Best of luck....
