With the V flash + V trigger you go as low as 1/128 on the powersettings.
No difference in HSS/SS still 1/16.

No adapter. Just the Bowens mount and be done with it. I use a mixture of Flashpoint mount and Bowens and it's a PIA. ~Steve~

With these lights there is no HSS in the true sense. You using a long duration flash burn. Correct me if I am wrong. That is why I was inquiring about AB1600.
