Can the locking screw-assembly be purchased from Elinchrom without buying the entire Adapter? I sent Elinchrom a message on their site a couple weeks ago but no reply. The part that goes over the top stud of a lightstand is cracked and will not secure tightly against the stud, causing the Octabox to rotate around. Any help or work-around would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Its a common thing, because people unscrew the lock screw past the metal tube in the spigot holder. Then they try screw it back in and find the lock screw not locking the spigot and start to tighten more but the screw is hung up on the metal tubing and you crack the outer plastic casing. I have never had any problems like this, but again I knew the problem before I ever got mine.

There is a DIY solution in the elinchrom thread, but I have not heard of anyone getting one from elinchrom or a place where they just sell the part.

It would be smart if Elinchrom made a full cnc metal version instead of plastic and metal.

Thanks!....as a workaround for now I just removed the same smaller locking mechanism from the head itself and put it on the adapter.
