How to get an older grainier film B&W look for street photography?

I'm wondering if there are any good presets or tutorials for getting that kind of vintage B&W look to my photos with Lightroom?

Something like the way the photos of Henri Cartier-Bresson look. It seems like a very subtle, low-contrast type of look that is different from the more "in-your-face" B&W street photography shots I see these days.

Silver Efex, right? Part of the Google Nik collection? Just making sure we are talking about the same thing. I have considered it, for some reason I can't seem to find what film simulations/ presets come with it.

Along with Silver Efex Pro in Google's Nik collection, there is also Alien Skin Exposure 6 and VSCO

I have both the Nik Collection and Exposure 6. I like using both, depending on what image I'm working on at the moment. I don't have any experience with VSCO but I've heard nothing but good reviews about it.

DxO Film Pack 3 was being given away free a few weeks ago after the release of Film Pack 4. Might still be available.
