While visiting Toronto, we rented a car and visited Niagra Falls. The size and power are amazing!

Nice ones - thanks for sharing.
It is a world wonder even with the tacky development next to it. Wax museums, carnival midway atmosphere.
Now do yourself a real treat and go back in the winter during a cold snap when the mist freezes on contact when it lands on trees.

Thanks Phil. I have heard from others about the frozen falls. Seems like i will have to go back sometime. These look amazing!

.....we avoided the touristy stuff at all costs. Just wanted to see the falls in their full glory, which did not disappoint.

The best way to see it is at 4 AM - there's rarely a soul there and you have the whole thing to yourself....sometimes there's a few guys with a case of beer who aren't ready to end their evening and you might get a beer and meet a few friendly people.
