I caught this fellow zooming over the marsh this morning during a brief break in the cloud cover. Fortunately for me, he made a loop that brought him a bit closer to me than he otherwise would have been.

Your 1st image is wonderful with the display of the underwing details, and I'd agree with Ian that he looks like he's jetting off to somewhere in your 2nd image. Maybe he caught a glimpse of you :)
